III.  OBJECTIVES

The general objectives for this course include:
  1. to provide practice in the operations of differentiation,
  2. to apply integrals in the solution of problems,
  3. to introduce integration techniques,
  4. to provide experience in the techniques of integration,
  5. to discuss properties of sequences and series,
  6. to present non-cartesian coordinate systems.
